About the Counselling Portal

The UTHM Counselling Portal provides students with easier access to counselling services and wellbeing support through a secure online platform.

Students can submit appointment requests, complete DASS-21 assessments and receive updates related to counselling sessions. The system also allows counsellors to manage assigned cases, record session notes and monitor students who may require further attention.

Administrators can manage appointments, user accounts, reports and counselling service analytics to support counselling centre operations.
